Using Castle means accepting the terms here. They exist to keep the service lawful, stable, and fair for everyone, and they are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, including the Copyright Act, 1957. These are the questions worth answering up front.
Castle is a search index and neutral aggregator. Its role is to find and organise links to content already public on third-party platforms across the open internet. Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Castle is a passive intermediary protected by Safe Harbor: it hosts, uploads, and stores no media files on its own servers. Every indexed title, stream, and poster stays the property of its rightful owner under the Copyright Act, 1957.
Castle is built for the Android ecosystem: Android smartphones and Android Smart TVs. There is no version for iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV, and none is planned. To run Castle on a Windows or Mac computer, you can use a third-party Android emulator such as BlueStacks or LDPlayer, keeping in mind that emulated setups sit outside official support. Because Castle is an Android app, it installs on Android-based TV and streaming hardware in the usual way.
An account is optional. If you create one, keeping your login secure is your responsibility, and you must not share it or use it to resell access. Accounts are personal: one person, one account. We may suspend or close any account used to break these terms, and you remain responsible for activity that takes place under your login.
Only from our official website. This is the single most important rule for your safety. When your device asks whether to permit installation from outside the Play Store, agree only for a file taken from our official site, and switch the setting back afterwards if you prefer. Copies spread through Telegram, unofficial stores, or video links are not ours, and we take no responsibility for what they do to your device.
Yes. Because the index is broad and unfiltered, Castle is strictly for users aged 18 and above. A minor may watch only under the active supervision of a parent or guardian, and on a shared living-room TV the adult who owns the device is responsible for everything played through it, and for supervising who has access.
Your licence is personal and non-commercial. You may not resell or charge for access, decompile or modify the APK, embed our player or streams in other sites or services, or run automated tools against the directory. Breaking these rules ends your access immediately and permanently, with further legal steps possible in serious cases.
Castle is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Playback depends on third-party hosts and your own connection. During peak events such as IPL matches or World Cup finals, those hosts can slow or fail under national demand, and some ISPs throttle or block traffic on their own. Buffering, downtime, and mobile data charges then are outside our liability. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi or Mumbai, and questions can go through the help desk on our official website.
